In terms of production technology, it integrates the physicochemical properties and processing characteristics of the leaf blend formula, incorporating specialized techniques such as customized cutting width technology and high-temperature aroma enhancement. This forms the core technology for the "ultra-fine low-tar cigarette personalized processing," which fully utilizes the potential and value of the tobacco leaves while maintaining the product's aromatic style and flavor characteristics. Targeting the unique quality features of the low-tar leaf blend, the tobacco leaves undergo thermal cracking and thermosynthesis reactions in high-temperature and high-humidity environments, aiming to enhance the quality and quantity of the tobacco aroma. In product packaging design, 雪莲 (Xuelian) 3000 continues the ultra-fine concept of the Yunyan series. The front and back of the cigarette pack feature images of the Tianshan Mountains (also known as Snow Mountains) in Xinjiang, a unique geographical symbol of the region, with the main imagery showcasing the Xinjiang snow lotus. The entire pack is dominated by a light yellow color scheme, with the snow lotus flower highlighted using gold foil and embossing techniques.
