The leaf blend formula of 黄金叶（大金圆） focuses on selecting high-quality tobacco leaves from premium growing regions, emphasizing the maturity of the raw materials. It employs the leaf selection process of 黄金叶（天叶） products, using the maturity of the raw materials as the standard for careful selection and purification. The roasting process features a unique "three-roasting" technique: the initial roast brings out the base aroma, the second roast reveals a clean fragrance, and the final roast develops a rich scent. The processing is tailored specifically, utilizing the research outcomes of the industry key project "Flexible Manufacturing System" undertaken by Henan China Tobacco. Adhering to the "flexible processing concept," it applies low-intensity treatment to high-quality raw materials, breaking away from traditional processing routes. This approach minimizes aroma loss caused by multiple adjustments in temperature and humidity, ensuring the aromatic characteristics of the premium materials are preserved. Additionally, it incorporates precious plant extracts, self-synthesized monomer fragrances, and significant research achievements in flavor enhancement and moisture retention, guaranteeing a sweet and smooth smoke, enhancing throat feel, and improving the cigarette's draw and the richness and sweetness of the smoke.
