海南红塔卷烟有限责任公司
The "三沙" (SANSHA) cigarette trademark was registered in 1996 by the Fujian She Mountain Cigarette Factory, with ownership belonging to Fujian Zhongyan Industrial Co., Ltd. In December 2015, Hainan Hongta Company signed a trademark transfer agreement with Fujian Zhongyan Industrial Co., Ltd. After approval, the newly designed "三沙" (SANSHA) cigarette trademark was submitted for registration by Hainan Hongta Company to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, including the "三沙 + SANSHA" trademark and the overall "三沙" trademark, which were officially approved on June 8, 2016. In early June, Hainan Hongta Company completed the research and development tasks for "三沙" cigarettes and officially began production. The product was launched on July 1.
“三沙”牌卷烟商标于1996年由福建畲山卷烟厂注册，所有权归福建中烟工业有限责任公司。2015年12月，海南红塔公司与福建中烟工业有限责任公司签订了商标转让协议。新设计的“三沙”牌卷烟商标经审定后，海南红塔公司陆续向工商总局商标局提交“三沙＋SANSHA”商标和“三沙”整体商标注册申请并于2016年6月8日正获批。6月初，海南红塔公司完成“三沙”卷烟的研发任务，正式投入生产。7月1日，产品正式上市。
